Data we process
When you submit the contact form we process the following data: your name, email address, the reason for contact you select, the subject and content of your message, your IP address, your browser identifier (user agent), the page language, and the timestamp of submission.
When you simply browse this website, our hosting provider records standard server log data such as IP address, request URL, response code, referrer and user agent. These logs are kept for a short retention period for security and operations purposes only.
Purpose of processing
We process this data exclusively in order to receive your inquiry, route it to the correct internal team, reply to you, prevent abuse of the form (spam, automated submissions, brute-force) and operate this website securely.
Legal basis
The processing is based on (a) your consent given by submitting the form, (b) the necessity of processing for taking pre-contractual steps at your request, and (c) our overriding legitimate interest in the secure operation of this website.
Recipients
Your inquiry is received by the relevant internal team within ClickAttack AG. We do not sell or rent your data. We use a transactional email provider to deliver messages, and a hosting provider to operate the site; both are contractually bound and act on our instructions.
International transfers
Where data is processed outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA, we ensure that an adequate level of protection is in place, for example through standard contractual clauses or recognised adequacy decisions.
Retention
Inquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 12 months) for follow-up, audit and abuse prevention. Anonymised technical logs may be retained longer for security analytics.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner — FDPIC).
Cookies
This website uses a single technical session cookie, which is strictly necessary to operate the contact form securely (CSRF protection, anti-spam, language). No tracking, advertising or analytics cookies are set without your consent.
Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including TLS encryption in transit, restricted internal access, anti-abuse mechanisms on the contact form, and continuous monitoring of our infrastructure.
How to exercise your rights
To exercise any of the rights listed above, please use the contact form on this website and select “General inquiry”. We do not publish direct email addresses on this site to reduce unsolicited messaging.
